Dogs will be assigned an indoor/outdoor kennel. They will be fed and provided fresh water daily. Their water will be checked multiple times each day. They will be let out into one of the exercise fields twice per day, weather permitting. Their waste will be removed from their enclosure regularly. Any medication will be administered per instructions.

Cats will be assigned a cat kennel, which is completely separate from the dogs. They will be fed and provided fresh water daily. Their water will be checked regularly. Their waste will be removed from their litter pan regularly. Any medication will be administered per instructions.

Any personal bedding needs to be machine washable and must fit in the indoor kennel. However, we have many dog beds and blankets which can be used at no extra charge.

Yes! You should bring enough food for your pet’s entire stay. Sudden changes in a pet’s diet can cause health issues. We will mark your pet’s food for them and feed them per your instructions, so their is continuity in their diet.

Yes. Bring enough medication for your pet’s entire stay and we will administer it per instructions.

Yes, as long as they get along and their size isn’t prohibitive. You will receive a discount for multiple dogs or cats in the same kennel. To be clear, we do not mix dogs and cats, so if you have a dog and a cat, they will be required to have separate kennels in their separate areas.

Yes! To provide continuity for your cat, you should bring enough kitty litter for your cat’s stay. This will also avoid any allergy problems with other kitty litter.

No. Grooming is by appointment only. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

All of our services are by appointment only Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 12-6. We do not support walk-ins and there is no staffed office to visit on-site. Our staff is typically caring for the campers, working on the grounds, or doing maintenance.

Absolutely! We will be happy to give you a tour and show you what we do. Tours are by appointment only, so contact us to schedule that.
